Probably the best sunrise & sunset I experienced in a race. So beautiful.
The aid stations need improvement (almost never space to sit or shade – no sparkling water – just once something nice & warm to eat (the pasta promised at Grengiols were not there)).

I completed this race twice in a row and the experience is just incredible. The route is so beautiful, especially the part running along the aletsch glacier, but also the last two huge climbs (which this year I got to experience in daylight). The organisation and communication is awesome and I cannot wait for another portion of potato rosti next time round! 😅

Beautiful trail ! Aletsch glacier is wonderful, the Himalayan-style footbridge are very impressive. Probably has the best food supplies you can find with tasty food from Valais.

My favourite race ever! The communication in the lead up to the event was great, the check in process was smooth and all the organisation was fantastic. All of the volunteers were incredible, the aid stations came around quickly and there was always plenty there! The other runners were also really nice, and the route was truly amazing. I would recommend this race without a doubt, and will hopefully be back to give the 100k or even 100mile a go one day!!
