Oakland Hills

Very well organized. The course was very technical. In 35 km, there were 4 control stations, all of them well stocked with food and drink. The starting organization was punctual and very easy to access, with clear directions and parking. The awards ceremony was great, and overall, everything you expect from a race was delivered very well by the organizers. There was only a small difference between my personal distance and time tracking and the official event record: my Garmin watch recorded 37.5 km instead of 35 km, and there was a 25-minute difference between what was officially recorded and my watch. My overall position in the rankings was 12th.
