Un superbe trail, de belle relance et technique, je me suis fais prendre à mon propre jeu. Compliquer et pas assez préparer un ultra se prépare et se vit à fond. J’ai réussi à terminer dans les temps et ce fut énorme pour moi. Juste dommage qu’à notre arrivée tardive plus grand chose nous attendez

Des conditions météo extrêmes avec une chaleur et un soleil de plomb toute la journée.
Côté orga :
Balisage au top, ravitaillement ok et accessible tout le long du parcours pour d’éventuels accompagnateurs, bénévoles au top (mention spéciale à 2 bénévoles à Maron qui ont pris le temps de discuter avec chaque coureur).
Petit point d’amélioration : pouvez-vous penser aux femmes qui courent (en particulier sur les longues distances) et qui peuvent avoir besoin protections périodiques?
