Parcours magnifiques quel que soit le format (decouverte, confirmé ou Elite: j’ai fait les 3). Trés varié, trés technique à la fois en montée et en descente, panoramas splendides
à 360 deg. avec vue mer, Marseille et tous les massifs environnants ( Ste Victoire, Ste Baume, Mt Aurelien, Ventoux…). Organisation parfaite (depart, ravitos, balisage, arrivée) et paella géante pour se refaire après l’effort.
La technicité et les portions à forte pente requièrent un minimum de préparation pour bien en profiter et ne pas se blesser. Je recommande à 200% !!
