Great trail markings, you can navigate even without gpx files. Great food and drinks, overflowing. And supportive marshalls and volunteers in the AS. Kudos and great job to everyone

What an amazing race. Trails in the Philippines are amazing but so hard to run long distance. This course had some very steep climbs and technical ascents and descents, but often surrounded by beautiful landscape. The course was the best marked course I have ever experienced and never got lost or needed to look at my phone for the map. The aid stations and volunteers were amazing and was just an overall great experience. But extremely tough!!

Kudos to organizer to handling the event. Everything is great – trail signs, foods at aid station, and scenery in Kayapa.
I wish they stretched the 2nd cutoff from 12 hours to atleast 13 or 14 hours.

The hardest race of my trail running life. Granted, I have only been running for 5 months. This trail really revealed my lack of experience. However, I want to try this again! It was a beautiful trail, albeit incredibly taxing on the legs due to the vertical gains. I would recommend this to anyone willing to try tough challenges. I just wish the cut-off time were more forgiving. And due to the intensity of the Philippine heat, the gun start should be earlier simply to avoid the heat. The organization was top-class! I am grateful to the organizers, marshals, and volunteers at the aid stations. Amazing people! This is a race that really cares about the runners, the community and the environment.

The race was tough but the good part is that it has very scenic routes. Will race again next year.
